hey p55 at what dollar amount does it no longer count as labor v. management?

also lolling so hard at "they never had a leg to stand on"

yeah those whole supreme court cases? nothing.

It isn't a dollar amount that is relevant at all. This isn't labor versus management in a classic sense with one group taking advantage of the other and the other needing protection.

As for players being right here, there is no right or wrong just what they can agree on and come to a mutual settlement. Players are whining about about what they think they will lose in future earnings if they keep earning the lion's share of revenues given they have no expenses taken out on their side. No one is taking a paycut the players are simply not making money at the same 8% increase as in the last few years. And if they negotiate in earnest they can get a settlement they can live with. The whole litigation strategy was to gain leverage not to actual win.

As for the players never having a leg to stand on, I was talking about the current litigation not court cases from 20 years ago.
