the only problem i can see with this volume of players, is who is running the show? If that isnt established, how organized will this really be?

what makes you think it isn't established?

there are leaders on the team. those leaders are making sure everything runs smoothly.

it's amazing how dumb some people think these players are.

there is a difference between a few number of players who are leaders on the field, and coaches who plan and run practices. has nothing to do with anyone being dumb, but you're probably right, it's as easy as pie.

Fwiw there are a number of teams that haven't had player led workouts yet...so what if were starting ours now.

What's bugging me is a lot of people are giving Cam flak for not being the one to organize these workout (seriously wtfug), then again all I'm hearing that is from my co workers and they love to parade their colts, cowboys, and steelers stuff everywhere.

I've actually put together camps for kids ranging in the 50's.. if I can do it, professional fuging athletes can do it. ;)

You can be the ball man bleys. Crouched at the sideline waiting to pick up all of Armanti's dropped passes.

Gross is one of the smartest, and hardest working guys on the team. While he has never been a coach, he certainly is the man that can instruct.

While I think many fans re making too much out of these workouts, I do feel they do build team chemistry, and accountability. Two important things for teams that want to be great.
