Smokers

I'm looking at these two models. Does any one have experience with either or recommendations as to which is better. Questions comments or cuss words? I'm leaning towards the one from Lowe's it appears to have higherquality vents and smokestack.

It's almost all inclusive. We can make fun of the stinky people too.... :D Perhaps i'm a dumb-ass for not haveing a more thought provoking title. Anyways thought it might be a good starting point to since its essentially the beginning of grilling season, I grill all year long got pics of grilling in the snow from January but I digress.

Since you're using gas & pissin g of "teh realz bbqz!!1!" I'd recommend making one out of 2 large ceramic flower pots, a small small camp stove, & a replacement grate for a Webber kettle. You should come in around $80 & it takes all of 20 minutes to install the stove. It'll work like a Big Green Egg without the retarded price tag.

If you don't want to bother (or if you plan on carrying your smoker around a lot) I know a few people with the Master Forge & I've heard nothing but good things from them.

Probably order it this evening and practice up for 7/4. Prior to then I'm sure I'll have enough burnt offerings (practice) to appease the bbq godz because I bought propane.
