Holy sh*t I'm in charlottttteeee this weekend and decided to try that Cowfish sushi-burger bar and well it was by far one of the best dinners I've had in Charlotte in years. I mean it was f*cking amazing.

To anyone in Charlotte: go there

It was really great imo

Other than Flemmings uptown, this was my favorite dinner in a long time. I had a tuna-bacon sandwich with hollow rice filled bread & also fillet mignon burgushi with spring rolls as an app with fat tire...again it was awesome

speedstreet was legit too...the epicenter was underwhelming though

Its basically fusing sushi & burger ingredients which may seem odd at first, but its actually pretty awesome...not quite like that fast food sushi thing on youtube though haha

Definitely recommend this to anyone in Charlotte.
