Closet Ravens fan?

Not even close. But I don't appreciate people trashing a man that has been good for football, good for Baltimore and a blessing to children.

He is a good role model and does more for the City of Baltimore than just about any Panther does for Charlotte.

He positively motivates adults and children to be the best person they can be.

FYI... I like the Ravens. I was a Colts fan back in my early youth. Unitas was my Hero and I know how Unitas was adored by Baltimore up to the day he died..... (and beyond) Ray Lewis is Icon status in Baltimore for not only his play but his contribution to the community.

A$$holes that take what happened 10 yrs or so ago and make it sound like he pulled and O.J. just so they can trash him, anger me.

Maybe it is because he rose above his trials and tribulations and they didn't.

See how liberally racial slurs are thrown around here. If a guy sneers to hard, he's a thug to these twirps. Im convinced these dudes walk around all day with their heads down in fear. Why wont a mod step up and delete his post or check him? I guess its ok to them. :rolleyes:

See how quickly you can troll and make this into a racial situation? Since when is thug considered anything racial?

How about instead of his posts, we just delete yours because it can save us all a whole lot of wasted reading time on the pot you're attempting to stir.

i never mentioned anything about race, guilty maybe? i just stated that ray was not a thug.

Thug is NOT a racial slur....except in your warped little world. You know, the one where anyone who doesn't agree with you is a racist.

First of all, you are asking for trouble if you view athletes, actors, etc as role models. They only thing they have is money. And money only allows them to get into more trouble. Most have questionable character and morals.....and most will definitely let you down.
