I remember during the pregame show for the super bowl in 2003 (good times :() that the whole story line for us was the land of misfit toys. I always kinda did like being viewed that way. A good team that doesn't have many household names...of course the no household names thing won't stick for this team...

in addition to that, i hate to say it, but cam has a lot of star power as well. all he has to do is just not fail and it will raise the level of attention the panthers get. if newton has much of any success, he's going to be everywhere.
