In some serious pain...

after my pops had back surgery, he would have to go get his back adjusted often, at least a few times a week.

did the chiropractor first, but quickly went to a lady we knew from years before who was a massage therapist.

he swears by them. he would hear his back popping in place when the muscles relax, which those same muscles would just pull everything back out of alignment with a chiropractor..

I've been to my fair share as well, and highly recommend going to someone who really knows what they are doing..

if anyone truly knows what they're talking about, they'll tell you they are beneficial.. of course, they aren't miracle workers.. also, a few trips might be in store.
