Seth MacFarlane/ Fox to re-boot 'The Flintstones'

I actually like American Dad, I didn't when it first came on but it grew on me and now I watch it almost every night. Never watch the Clevland Show. Family Guy is still something I watch, not as much as I use to, but I still watch it on Sunday nights and when there isn't anything else on. It's basically how the Simpsons were to me years ago, watch it if nothing is on, and watched new episodes until they made that movie.

I never bought into Family Guy.. I know that's blasphemy to some and I'm sure they'll have a response to this, but I saw decades of the Simpson's and I can't watch either anymore..

I enjoyed quite a few episodes, but overall, I can't watch those type of shows anymore.. hell, I haven't seen South Park in years..

South Park's Golden Mean bullpoo, heavy-handed pop culture parodies, and clumsy satire wore me out years ago. Oddly, despite Trey Parker and Matt Stone's various piss takes on it, their show is basically written like a slower paced, more plot driven version of Family Guy.

That show was tits every week until about season 6 and they still hit on a well-written episode every now and then, but overall you're not missing much.

Also I was honestly shocked at how much I enjoyed American Dad. I find Family Guy almost unwatchable 90% of the time and I didn't even bother with American Dad because everyone I talked to said it was a direct knockoff. I don't think I even watched an episode until like last year.

Roy Roger McFreely, has to be one of my favorite episodes by American Dad

...also if anyone actually understands spanish you will realize that the song...is amazing...

I laughed my ass off when I watched that episode.

American Dad is by far my favorite

Family Guy was funny but not lately, Cleveland show is dog sh*t

Simpsons haven't been funny since the late 90's, Fox needs to put that show out of its misery already.

Why mess with the Flintstones, leave the classic alone and create something new or just base the new on the Flintstones, don't ruin a classic. This reminds me of people doing remakes of great songs and adding rap to them. :puke:

the simpsons fell off long ago

south park dropped off a couple of seasons ago

family guy has really dropped off

it's the same with all of these shows, they go through a semi-awkward first few episodes, then bam everyone knows and loves the characters and then.....crap

This is a terrible idea to remake the flintstones imo
