i'm enjoying it, but i have a problem of not being able to find ANY time for myself. i'm wondering when i'll be able to find some time to get in the ocean, sit at a bar, or do anything else that doesn't HAVE to be done.

she sleeps pretty good now. through the night one time, and most of the time for four hours before a night feeding. i'm just trying to get the wife to let me go out on my own(or with friends) for a few hours in exchange for the same thing, and i am being met with static.

I had the same problem. Just be patient and dont piss her off. Best thing for you to do is to let her to go out with some of her own friends first. Once she realizes how nice it is to get out of the house then she will understand.
