Nope. Not in my opinion. Why would a team winning less games not be different from one that won more? This might even give some teams more leverage in divisions depending on how the go about rescheduling games. I really hate the idea of a short season it pisses me off, it isn't acceptable to squeeze every drop of profit you can before it's too late and disregarding a healthy competition/product.
