Long sleeve shirt and jeans if you don't have any real paintball equipment, just wear something baggy and you'll get a lot of bounces

This. The adrenaline you get from playing pretty much counter acts the pain. You take your shirt off after you get home and you're like, where the hell did all these bruises come from?
