Travel through Europe

Does anyone want to go to Europe next summer for 4 weeks? Mainly England, Ireland, Scotland, and then maybe Amsterdam. The itinerary is subject to change.

Another thing. He's trying to travel as cheaply as possible. He's budgeted $5000. Is that gonna be enough?

None of his friends are adventurous enough to go. Well, maybe his girlfriend/friend. But I think she leaving asap next year for ucla.
