There is a guy named "God's Gift" that is going to be playing bball for St.John's I believe.

But why did God (Shammgod), who played for Providence, give his gift to St. John's. Does he give out sucky gifts?

MamaSan's G-Pa is named "boy" on his original birth certificate. That's the name his daddy gave him.

When her G-Pa joined the Army in WWI, the military doctor wouldn't accept "Boy" so he renamed him "Julian".

Thank goodness because we named our youngest after him.....

Still... who the eff names their kid something that starts with s-h-i-t. obviously you know your kid is going to go far in life.

My parents used to own condos and they had a tenant named phuc yoo. They still tell stories about it. Said he was a pretty nice guy though.

I have a good friend (his only downfall is he is a Cowboys fan) named Quoc. He's vietnamese. Everyone gets thoroughly confused with his name. I just call him Quocamole.

Just remembered. My wife used to work in the medical records dept. of an oncology dept. she came home one day saying they had a patient with the name spelled out " Shi-Thead". she swore this was true.

Navy and Island are Heath Schulers kids I think. I think we should be like Germany and only allow certain names. Some people shouldn't punish their children this way.

A lot of names should be ridiculous in a country that is diverse. Biblical names and names that originate in Norse Mythology are a part of some people's heritage and their history. I completely understand Asian people keeping their names. I also understand blacks not wanting to use the names that have been historically used for white people. A lot of them obviously had their names and culture stolen from them.

I think it'd be better for them to study African history and choose historical African names instead of just putting prefixes on the biblical and Norse names.

My wife had an Abcd come thru the ER once, teacher friend of had an illiterate mother name her daughter female because the hospital put the bracelet in with the kids sex. They said it like temale, only with an F.

Other one was Sh!the'ad...
