Is Everette Brown Officially a Bust?

So is Everette Brown officially a bust? I say not just yet I say the switch could still flip for what was our 2010 First Round pick which as you all know is what we traded to get him in the 2nd round of the 2009 draft. I say we have to give this guy one more year in a new scheme with a great defensive mind like Rivera I am curious to see what this guy can do. I just hope Rivera finds some way to get this guy to the QB! So whats the huddle's thought?

no he is not!

I doubt he is going to develop in to that "Dwight Freeney" type of player that the FO had hoped for, but he is still a developing player who will has contributed when given the chance.

6 sacks, 1 int, 4 FF in his career so far.

I think he could become one of the better pass rushers in the NFC this year if he can stay healthy and has the opportunity to develop with the team.

You want to know who is a bust?

see: Jamaal Anderson, DE, Falcons.

at this point we should call him a blessing, if we didn't , we would have taken Clausen in the first.... ouch!~

    • he has barely suited up for 50% of our games.  It matters pending how much of our cap and resources go that way.  If he cost in the ballpark of a Surtain? No thank you.  Let someone else  And as far we know what happens when we let talent walk away or trade them…..that’s a mixed bag.   should we of paid Norman, Bradberry at CB? They probably had earned the right to be called better than Horn at that moment of the decision.  Do we regret that? Do we regret Star walking? Can take it back to Spoon.  Flip side is probably Peppers.
    • We need to get better in the redzone. And yes that is an issue that involves all the moving parts. Oline receivers QB and playcalling. But Bryce himself has to lead the charge on that or surely we could face another blowout in one of these upcoming games. Every team no matter how good they are is going to face an opponent that imposes their will on them and requires the same in response. Those are the games where we have got to capitalize on drives. Honestly I get the sense that the Chiefs on some level overlooked us.  So while I am pleased we were as competitive as we were it certainly remains to be seen if this was the beginning for something new or just an anomaly. I think that's a perfectly fair take at this juncture.
    • He is a diva, even with Baltimore winning, he will cry and pout and ask to be traded. He cares about his numbers and stats for his next contract. Ironically, his best chance to showcase his ability was with us, now he is just an afterthought.
