if it weren't for DVR, we'd pretty much watch nothing

in the past year tho... the wife and i have cut out a LOT of tv that we used to watch on a regular basis. she watched ellen's show (thank GOD that stopped), amazing race, american idol and so you think you can dance on top of a lot of other things... all cut out in the past year. gives us a lot of time to do other things, plus all those reality shows are rigged anyway

unfortunately, both of us CAN'T WAIT for the next big brother to start in july :lol:

i make the wife choose between whats being recorded sometimes. she's home to watch a lot more than me, and there is only one dvr. so when i get in front of the tv that i had before we even got married, and i get the notification that the channel needs to change...i say pick one. there was some static the first few times, but now she just gives me an answer.

I got that whole home dvr system from directv and got all the equipment for free. Can tape from one room and watch in another. Only 6 box a month.
