If they do this, I'm seriously out. I can go watch more movies or something and wait for hockey and basketball to come back. The NFL is awesome, but it's more or less gotten this big because it become synonymous with drinking, chicken wings, and taunting opposing fans. I swear to God I will go tailgate Avatar 2 and talk smack to Tyler Perry fans. DO NOT TEST MY RESOLVE!!!

The hell with all professional sports. I think it's ridiculous that these people get paid millions to play a game, while the majority of americans struggle to make ends meet.

Think of it as being the NFL nuclear option.

The exact same thing was said over and over again about the union decertifying. And it happened. I would not have thought this before the union actually decertified but now, yeah, I completely believe they will do exactly this.

I feel like the union decertifying while extreme is nowhere near the level of craziness if the NFl disbanded. I can't see that happening. The owners have too much to lose by doing that. That will be a bridge that will never be rebuilt between owners and players and fans

wouldn't this actually be considered an anti-trust violation if they do this if the stay doesn't go through? I mean they would all have to decide to close and that could be subject to collusion charges..Just get a deal done owners/players.. there is no need for all these stupid threats..do they really think we care who is right/wrong in all this?

Both sides need to step back from the situation and look how foolish this whole situation is..
