Cook thick bacon on a wire rack in the oven until it's almost done. Mix a little brown sugar with a handful of pecans, blend in a food processor until the pecans are the same size as the brown sugar. Pat pecan/sugar onto both sides of bacon and bake about 10 more minutes, Praline Bacon.
