I've had a DUI, and I can tell you this: I'll never drive again even after having only one beer. The point is, just because he messed up and got caught, doesn't mean he's a troubled kid with character issues. My DUI really shook my core, and I can write off those old days of drunk driving as behind me. I hope Hogan can do the same, and I believe he's thankful we took a flier on him in the 4th and he'll get his poo together.

Yes I did, I had to get to school and work and my DUI classes, and I couldn't afford a restricted lisence

This is what people are missing. Peeing outside isn't a big deal, doing it around an officer and getting caught is stupid.
