Madden post 2011 draft

What all did you change? Might try some of your changes out myself...

I think I went with skin 7, not sure which face but 26 maybe? (I'll check). I was shocked at how much the face I chose actually looks like him in the helmet.

I thinned everything out except his arms and I maxed out the definition, also increased the size of his feet.

I just beat the Bears playing with the Lions on Franchise mode on Pro. I traded before the first game for Reggie Bush and I did free agency for TO. My corner, Ryan Houston, picked Cutler off 4 times in the game..lol. I wanted to turn up the difficulty, but the learning curve from Pro (which is fairly easy to me) to All-Pro (which is hard as poo for me) is HUGE. ugh.

Well....it is easy and I never really get in danger of losing a game unless I'm just screwing around or they get lucky. But if I bump it up to All-Pro I tend to get raped. So yeah.

Are you guys new to madden?

umm .. i score a minimum of 50 points a game on all-pro ? why is it difficult for you .. just run the ball between the tackles and blitz alot i never have a problem .. all-madden i lose a game every now and then but that's it

This except I run inside and outside about equal

For me, I all-pro is too easy. I score in the 50's/60's and the cpu rarely ever get anything going on offense; however, on all-madden i have a difficult time passing the ball. My qb is usually inaccurate, wide receivers drop easy catches, or the dbs magically intercept passes that they shouldn't even get a hand on. And on defense the cpu offense breaks too many tackles and my own dbs cant keep up with wide receivers. Right now I'm trying to find a good slider set, but all the ones I've tried are just as easy as all-pro.

Anyone here use custom sliders that they could post that would make it harder than all pro but slightly easier than all madden? Ones that they use when playing franchise mode with the panthers?

Yeah that's my problem with all madden. It doesn't actually make the cpu better, it just makes your team suck way too much. You could alternate between all pro and all madden depending on the team you face. Against the average and worse teams play all madden and against the best play on all pro.

Easiest way to learn is to just get your butted kicked over and over online or spend some time in practice... that's what I do, and I'm okay.

I need to work on my directional throwing with the left stick, still cant figure out how it works with all madden settings with a average qb. Throwing it 10 yards away from a receiver or throwing it right to a defender even if the receiver is wide open is something i don't enjoy lol. Tried practice mode, doesn't help very much considering you have to pick the play for both sides and it isn't random for the defense like if you were playing a real game.

You need to use sliders to find a good competitive balance with the CPU, all-pro is too easy and all-madden is hard because they make you worse, not the opponent better.

The www.operationsports.com forum has a lot of good slider sets. You have to try a few to find ones that work for you since everyone plays a little bit differently.
