CHARLOTTE, N.C.- While the NFL lockout is still on, Panthers Pro-Bowl tackle Jordan Gross has organized his own workouts. Gross and 10 teammates workout daily at Velocity Sports Performance and invited Bruce Snyder not only to tag along, but also to work out with the Cats.

Good to see the boys working hard. I can't help but worry about what some of these vets are doing right now, so at least my mind is a little more at ease concerning this group.

I'm especially glad to see JC and MM showing up and working hard. I have a lot more respect for JC right now, than at any time since he's been a Panther. Keep working young fella!

I met matt moore and pike in New Orleans last year. Moore is hilarious and pike was like his little sidekick who laughed at all his jokes and followed him around like a lost puppy.

i just wonder how long it will be before they start trying to work some of the stuff in the playbook on their own.

at the very least i anticipate the QBs and receivers working out together on their own to start getting some chemistry.

i think newton will try to instigate some of it, but at this point i don't care who it is that does it, as long as they do.

they've got a huge mountain to climb and a giant chip on all their shoulders and none of these guys seem like the type to just let it go.
