Meeks will put Peppers in a position to make plays. The ball will be in Peppers' court. If the front office decides to keep Peppers around another year, it would not surprise me if Peppers puts up the best stats of his career thus far. I think Meeks is better at getting the most out of players than Trgovac or Fox.

Peppers is gone, so I'd say no to him being motivated by our coaches. If he stays he still wouldn't be motivated by our coaches, he would be motivated by the fact he would be a FA and could possibly be headed out of Charlotte.
