Whenever I hear someone defending Clausen telling me how he doesn't suck and blah, blah, blah....

.....I am always reminded of Baghdad Bob when he would get on the Iraq news and tell the Iraq people how they were winning the war.

Again, the reason Clausen's horrible mechanics matter and Rivers aren't an issue.....is b/c Clausen can't throw over the line b/c of where it comes out. Rivers has almost a half foot on Clausen and it makes it a non issue.

Since when did 3" become almost a half foot?

Interesting clip. Most every pass was a dumpoff or short pass. What we saw last year was similar to the clip. Funny he was supposed to be the pro ready Qb last year and this clip shows primarily dump offs and short passes with one main read sometimes 2. Somehow I expected a lot more.

How many times a game do you expect the deep ball thrown? Let's be realistic. The passing game is all about the short to intermediate passes. Mike Wallace lead the league last year with 40+ yard catches with 10 all season.

in addition to only dumping off....that game was probably his signature win.
