Sometimes, I really wonder about the hiring process for the media production guys with certain organizations and not just the NFL). Honest, I think I could do a better job designing and organizing an NFL team's website and media as well as making the team much more "accessible" to fans with a higher degree of interaction. Integrating NFL teams, and all teams and business models, with social media is really the next step. The Panthers are in the first spot of that climb, but if they hired some 20-something tech-savvy college kids it could already be at that next level.
