I'd say the owners have a legit complaint to the labor board. It's not really a "trick" to correctly state that just because the NFLPA "isn't a union" anymore, they should continue to treated like one... because their actions and involvement is that of a union.

But yeah, I had forgotten about the labor board complaint.... mostly because the labor board will side with the players and allow the anti-trust court proceedings to continue. They are always anti-business owner. So I don't really see it becoming a factor.

Not so sure about that. Its in the boards best interest to not allow the NFLPA to disband. Really its just very muddy water and all I want is a new CBA. Your not going to get that with a Free trade market.
