Horrible choice. Newton is fake and all his success is because college football was down last season. Put 2010 Auburn up against 2004 USC or 2001 Miami and Newton looks like garbage.

The thing is done... Steve Wyche reported on NFL.com that the Panther's "Top Brass" met all day yesterday to finalize their draft board.

They know who they are picking. Maybe ratings is a factor as to the silience?
