The "sparkling" aspect of your mineral water of choice has created a large number of small air bubbles throughout your stomach and digestive track. Thus creating the sensation you are feeling. Beware, because if this feeling does not coincide with burps...it will most definatly result in massive flatulants in the coming hours.
