Reading this thread, what I get is nobody really knows what means what. Of course, bad write ups such as the one this thread is about, only misleads people.

From what I've read, the 8th circuit court can only overturn her decision if they can show she exceeded her authority in the matter, this is a matter of legal precedent rather than politics and opinion.

TBH, They could see that or they could see that he has been fair. Sports law and Labor law for that matter is very complex. I could see them issuing a stay and not overruling her decision. I think that would be the middle of the road verdict IMO.

Lets face it though. If they look at it in legal terms the NFL is an monopoly and will lose. Still I wonder if this opens the door for more unions to sue business under the guise of a trade company. Seems to me they are opening a big ass door they may not be able to close in the future.
