Smith wants out, prefers Chargers or Ravens

That sucks dick. We saw it coming. They ought to treat him like the Bengals did Ocho and shut the sh*t down and make him play for us.

He really doesn't deserve that though.

Ocho runs his mouth and demands a trade every time things look rough in Cincy.

Smitty has always keep matters like this between him and the team.

I love him, but it's understandable if he wants out, and he's going about it the right way.

I hope he stays and wins some Championships here, but if he wants to leave, he's earned that.

you're not worried that we're going to lose one of our best players on an offense that finished last in the league last season? and a guy that has carried this franchise on his back for the past decade?

Lmfao when Delhomme got hurt Smith fell off. When Smith got hurt Delhomme went to the pro bowl. Delhomme was the guy that carried us not Smith. No he just bitches when things got tough. We have two young good WRs and give them a young QB and watch them prosper.

Roy Williams got a 1st, 3rd, and 6th. And he is fuging terrible. Smith, even at his age, SHOULD command a 2nd or 3rd provided your GM isn't a complete dumbass and he's not telling everyone publicly that he wants out, undermining your position (Sup Peppers you goofy-looking hipster retard)

    • Karlaftis and Danna have been pretty inconsistent so teams have been doubling Jones and able to contain their pass rush.   But the good thing is that yesterday, we schemed well against Steve Spags Defense, Canales married the surrounding personnel with his QB through play designs within his comfort zone and was able to get downfield at will.  He was able to execute higher difficulty throws and look a lot more comfortable.  It tells me that Canales has a good system in mind, and had an edge gameplanning wise against Spagnuolo - which is nice to see.  It's a bit to see-saw at times with either going way too pass heavy or way too run heavy, but I think he's finding out what works.  It takes time to have it come together, and sure, I could see regression happen against a better front-7, but this was good for the entire system gelling.
    • This was evident first two weeks of season. I don’t see any issues with physical tools since he came back. I think he is a player that must play with confidence to overcome those size limitations and he’s doing that.
    • Still 3-10 on passes over 15 yards.  At least he's not scared to merely attempt them anymore.  Where I see improvement is the 10-15 yard range.  He was 6-6.  Bryce of old was scatter shot on anything beyond 10 yards and the further out, the worse the accuracy.
