I've been listening to this show for a while. They rarely if ever mention the Panthers. If the guy was going to fake something for attention, it would have been about Clemson or USC football or baseball. He said what he said, the hosts were like "wow, that's not good for Panthers fans wanting Luck" and that was it. If this had happened on Charlotte radio, I'd be less inclined to believe the guy.

It may be true... oh well. Nothing to be done now... we gotta pick who's there and live with it. Luck made his decision... a dumb one IMO but it was his to make no matter the reasons.

I for one am not going to be pissed no matter who we take... only thing that I wouldn't like is if we do some asinine trade. As long as they take one of the top three or four guys, I'll root for them just like I do John Beason or Deangelo.

Also FWIW, I agree Luck is dumb if this is true. The Panthers aren't a bad organization. They're a good organization at the bottom end of the cycle. Luck probably just traded Carolina for Cincinnati, unless he falls like Locker.
