Possible Ruling today.

The judge cannot prevent an appeal, but she can allow her ruling that there is sufficient cause of harm to players because of a lack of free agency prior to the draft that she denies an injunction (suspension of her ruling) prior to the appeal. This would give us about 3 - 5 weeks of FA before the appeal is ruled upon.

Is it far fetched that she would deny the injunction? YES!

But I still hold out hope :)

You understand that denying an injunction continues the lock out. Also, denying an injunction is not suspending her ruling. Be careful what you read online because 90% of it is incorrect legally.
