Most important question this week: Do u trust Hurney & Co

Its more the case that Hurney has multiple strategies, and he does. There are several scenarios here, thus the Panthers not coming out and tipping their hand. If Luck were in, they would have announced. Quality options for second through ten picks this year, just not a number one so compelling for the Panthers to claim in advance. This team has many needs with a small nucleus to build on.

It will take Rivera a couple of years to rebuild. My personal hope is a trade down to pick up a DT and 2nd round pick, but who is going to trade up to get a DE,WR, DT or Cam? And if we haven't traded out the top pick, do we take Cam or a more reliable chance for a contributor in a needed position such as DE, DT or WR? Several articles believe we are so weak that we will be back next year picking at or near the top.

Can't wait til Thursday.

I trust hurney in most regards save one: trades. He is very bad making any sort of trade. He has one good trade in history. The move back where we traded with the jets and we went on to draft beason. I have know idea how the chiefs could get a first and a third for Jared Allen and we get nothing for peppers. It seemed to me that hurney spends more time trying to inflate the price before this a demand even established. Every time someone talks about us trading back I hear hurney is asking a lot for the number one. If it were me id make it known to be available then drive up the price.

I trust our front office. Sometimes they make bone-head decisions but overall the players we have on our roster I'm very happy with.

Not me. I am unhappy they have neglected the most important position on the team since 1995 aka Collins. After that it is like they gave up. How many team have had at least one great QBs if not two in the last 16 years? I also am disappointing in the WRs he has drafted.

Hurney knows hi RBs, LBs, Olineman, some credit for Dlineman andthe DBs are decent but seem to be just whoever we can find. QBs, WRs, CBs to an extent are severely lacking.

Mainly QB. Patriots had Bledsoe and then Brady, Farve then Rodgers, Mcnabb then Vick, Aikman then Romo, Montana to Young (oaky thats more like 20 years) in 16 years time. I mean teams are able to find 2-3 QBs in the time we have found none, this disturbs me.

I trust Hurney for the good talent he's brought to the Panthers :)

I also acknowledge that he's the man who traded up to get Everette Brown and Armanti Edwards and tried to trade up for Jimmy Clausen :(

Those are the first things that pop into my mind every time someone posts about how badly we need to "take a risk" this year
