Seeing as it is the most expensive area right with Ballantyne I'd say that is why the players are there. It is much closer to the city and has much more to do so that should cover it. I am in Ballantyne and have seen and talked numerous players as well as at my place of occupation. I have seen them golfing, in neighborhoods, shopping. I have seen JR as well, I don't know why people get star struck and have to point it out, they hate that.
