3 QBs with similarities to Cam

I haven't been on this board in forever, just thought I'd check in. BTW, I hope we draft Cam, I see rare physical skills and leadership in him. I don't like Gabbert, don't see Darius as an impact player, and still think KT is a tool. And why is this a racial thing? Speaking as a white guy, I long ago came to the realization that most of the players on my favorite teams were gonna be black(I don't watch much hockey). Why is this a big deal?

i was thinking that too. Cam is like The Golden Calf of Bristol but with a better throwing motion and a sh*t ton of off the field issues.

Going back to what KT said, are there any white QBs that played like Cam in college? by that I mean ran a lot, trucked some dudes but was efficient passing as well?

The only one I can think of is The Golden Calf of Bristol. Anyone else play Cam's style of football?

The Golden Calf of Bristol has the better arm in college, The Golden Calf of Bristol is much smarter, The Golden Calf of Bristol works twice as hard as Cam ever will, The Golden Calf of Bristol has no character issues period, The Golden Calf of Bristol is a pure leader, etc etc.

The only thing Cam has on The Golden Calf of Bristol is a throwing motion I guess....and he is black, yeah. People put him down because he was a WHITE running qb. So there.

was watching something on NFL Network last night about his and jones drew's rookie year..Norm Chow(who would get fired I know) seem to think Young was easy to teach just needed to keep his attention for more then an hour..Young was also able to make some good plays his rookie year so to say Cam can't do anything at all next year is exaggerating.

No one in football is going to outwork The Golden Calf of Bristol (maybe Manning), I can gurantee you Cam certainly will not outwork him, if he did he wouldn't of been the third stringer at Florida, and had to go to a junior college. He would have more than one year of success.

Didn't he get drafted 25 and the panthers have the 48th pick. Did we try to trade up for him or something?

I heard rumors we tried to trade up for Clausen. I don't know how credible they are. Never heard about trading up for The Golden Calf of Bristol though unless I missed something.

Ehh it was from my source, so you can take it how you want haha. Carolina would have traded up to get him, but either got outbidded by Denver or wanted him to hit the second round before trading up to get him. I guess Fox was enamored by him.

That is true. I have read a lot of stuff about how much Fox likes The Golden Calf of Bristol now that he is in Denver. I think he even said that The Golden Calf of Bristol was the only player to ever pick up his tab at dinner or something like that.
