Also, how in the fuq did Cam Newton get into this conversation, and how can anybody actually defend Jimmy's actions? Those were rhetorical questions. I know the answer to both. Cam wanted the glory of scoring a touchdown and disobeyed his coaches. I get the parallel. Yea I definately get that shii, because going 14-0, beating the defending NCAA champions Alabama in Tuscaloosa, winning the Heisman trophy, scoring 50 tds, running for over 1500 yards, and becoming the #1 overall pick isn't glorious enough. But CRA,2008 was a much different team that 2010. Just because play's worked for the 08 team, won't mean thay can just give the same play's to a much different team in 2010 and expect the same result. The 2008 team had lot's of vet player's the 2010 team did'nt have.

those same plays worked very well in 2009 once we got some average QB play (when Moore was inserted).

Fox gave the same thing every year.......when the QB play was horrific, his teams sucked. When he got average play, his teams competed.

Jimmy was just pathetic.....Fox has proven his formula can make average QBs very competitive in this offense. You can look at 07 and 09 as prime examples......when the QB play was pathetic the team couldn't compete and when he got average play from a different QB the team looked completely different within the same year.

we joke about how inept davidson and fox and rip were all the time, and they probably were, so I am kind of not upset that he chose to ignore them.
