Don't use it. Just sit back, let other teams run up and make their picks first. Hell, it'll make the draft go faster too. Then around 12-15 make a pick.

Sure, we could trade down and get our second back, but who wants to do that given the history of our 2nd round picks?

This is by far the stupidest most idiodic idea I have ever heard. Most people who think of things like this realize how retarded it sounds and place it back in the far depths of the brain where it belongs.
