Well the difference is if I was in an airport surrounded by hundreds of people, I would feel a little more safe and secure with talking to a stranger than I would in a parking lot on Albemarle Road with a random guy leaning out of a van

I am by no means saying they should get in a strangers car or me as the stranger should be offering them a ride either!

I'm just saying, if people took a second out of their day to offer assistance to their fellow man then maybe this planet wouldn't be such a complete poo hole to live on anymore!

an offer to call someone or just an ear can be a huge help once in a while
