The Lockout and Draftees

Forgive me if this has been posted before. I've been reading as much as I can on the lockout trying to fully understand the dynamics of it and what really means for the owners to lock out the players.

One thing I haven't really seen discussed is how newly drafted players will be treated. I know that teams can't have any real interaction with current players because of the CBA and The Players Union, but since whoever we draft next week won't be bound by the players union or the CBA at the current moment could teams potentially hold workouts and OTAs with just rookies? To me it seems like a possibility to have small sessions with our draft picks and maybe a few Undrafted Free Agents to get them acclimated to the playbook, staff etc.
