I love how MM has such a Cult following for doing nothing. He is the Jim Jones of Qb.

He gets every excuse in the world for sucking as much as he did last year.

1st. He got pulled after one game. = (He got pulled after a horrible preseason and one Game)

2nd. He got hurt and was playing with loose marbles in his head. = (Kolb lost his job the same way. Now I ? can he take a full season of hits)

3rd. Well he look the best out of all our QB. = (really wasn't he suppose too?? Why does he get so much credit for being the best QB on a team that went 2-14 and all the other QB's on the roster were rookies or out of the league. Wasn't he the only one who had been in the system and with the same coaches for 3 years???)

That's all I have right now TRD and the other will have more excuses we cand breakdown later.

i read fine...my comment was about the fact that last year moore had pressure and couldn't handle it...i understand his coaches comments were about how he handled himself on '06...who cares about what he did in '06 at oregon state...the bottomline is he faced a whole new level of pressure last year and choked

maybe they thought his best contribution was as a backup QB, even so having the Fox/Delhomme mutual admiration society of mediocrity here would've afforded him the opportunity to refine his game while he was riding bench, and he still makes rookie mistakes in the pocket so he's pretty much maxed out his abilities

Sam Bradford didn't throw a single TD to a WR. He had 1 game where he hit a TE....

your point? Moore doesn't play like Clausen b/c you can't do that in Fox's offense. He had no weapons......there is only one and Moore gets him in the endzone almost every time they play.

Run game came alive......Matt Moore got our WRs in the endzone w/ no protection or run game. All he had to do was eliminate a couple bonehead plays. Difference between Moore and Clausen was that Clausen sucked epic balls while Moore made a few boneheaded throws.

If Moore started 16 games Carolina wouldn't have been a 2 win team....they would have been around .500. We got to 8-8 w/ Jake imploding....we won 2 games b/c Clausen LITERALLY did nothing. 8-8 w/ Moore for 16.

There are probably 57 threads where I said Moore played bad in 2010.

There is a HUGE difference between a Matt Moore bad and a Jimmy Clausen bad in 2010. That is the point.
