I find it hilarious that people are getting on him for not talking like a typical white person, or they say "well he talks goofy". I'll take a QB who puts up unreal stats and wins all day and he can talk goofy all he wants. You can have your normal talking Joey Harringtons, Cade McNowns, Alex Smiths, John Becks, of the NFL world, I'll take Ryan Mallett.

The funny thing is almost EVERYONE says Mallett has the best arm, and the most NFL ready outta all the QB's. But his so called "character issues" brings him down on peoples boards. I challenge anyone to tell him how his character issues effected his play, prove it.

Show me where it made him perform poorly on the field, or shutup. I think you'll just take the latter, since you can't offer anything. Show me a bad game that resulted in his character issues. Better yet, tell me the last time he did drugs

Why is no one mentioning how poorly he played in almost every big moment he had in college. Some of choices he made of where to throw the ball at the end of games are mind-bottling.

Also, the kid has a bad rep off the field because he sounds like he drinks gasoline when interviewed and is infamous amongst college football message boards for bizarre behavior.

I'm not saying he won't be good. I'm just saying the better he is, the bigger the pain in the ass he'll be.

Also Ohio you seem to be neglecting his most glaring negative which doesn't have a thing to do with rumors of drug abuse or how fuging stupid he is. He has 2 left feet and can barely move in the pocket and this is glaringly obvious to anyone watching.

I'd argue the best arm is Christian Ponder.

Drafting for the strongest arm gets you guys like Kyle Boller.

we already drafted a petrino QB product and he did just about nothing with us, and today you can find him in the free agency pool of the CFL
