There is a pretty crazy theory (well, crazy up until this point) that Bran is, in essence, a time traveler that is influencing the past in order to change the future. I could totally see this being true now, but I guess the biggest question is, what kind of time travel is it? If it is a fixed future outcome, then whatever he is trying to prevent will happen anyway. I guess I am going to have to dig deeper into this theory now...

Not only did Bran warg into past Hodor, but past Hodor obviously heard Meera screaming to "hold the door." So did Hodor hear that through Bran's ears?

I'm honestly kind of bummed that this whole story may just be Bran controlling time. At the same time, I am actually very interested to hear the full explanation.

time travel always makes things weird to discuss....I mean Bran going back in time essentially is what always happened.  Hodor is only Hodor b/c Bran always was going to back in time to get touched by the Night's King, to become a radar for him, so Hodor would hear "hold the door" in a dream tree sequence.  At this point Bran isn't "changing" anything....but fulfilling the duties needed for the timeline of events as we know it to remain true.

Hopefully, that is all there is to Bran.

I refuse to have believe they would go down the Bran road like you suggest.

Yeah, Bran may actually ruin this entire series. Keep in mind the wall was built by a Stark named Brandon The Builder. Maybe the Night King will use Bran to "unbuild" the wall in the present so that his horde can march south.

I've read some stuff that says that all the Bran's of history are indeed this same guy and the same things just keep happening in a cycle.

I hope not.  I really hope not.

Would much rather the final scene be Hodor looking at snow globe and all be his imagination and then Jack from LOST shows up and takes him into the light.

but the Brandon the Builder is something to ponder on

Yeah time travel is kind of annoying.  Bran probably built the wall, he's probably the one talking to people through the fire, talked to Mad King, etc.

He broke Hodor because when the old guy died the only connection to the past was Hodor and he got stuck in limbo, so for 30 years or so that's been his mission and his brain short-circuited and could only follow that order.   Probably like the Mad King lol.

Now that Bran has the mark, walkers can probably just go through the wall like butter now.

I agree... she should have taken Little Finger up on the Army and had Brienne follow him around with orders to kill him as soon as the army was hers...

Agreed, she really didn't have anywhere to go, which is my gripe... where was she going?  Aren't they just going to follow them into the weather?  The Night King kind of rules the cold, no?

Kill Littlefinger? Good luck with that, the guy can teleport from the Eyrie to the Wall in a day. It took Robert Baratheon 2 months to go about that far.

You know, I thought about that last night and meant to put it in my little nit picks earlier...  very good point.  He must ride damned fast.

Maybe he has a dragon?

There are two dire wolves left. Ghost, and Nymeria. I think the latter is roaming the Riverlands with a pack of normal wolves killing Frey men.

I do wonder if that is an omen of sorts?  That the owners of the dead Direwolves die early as their wolves did, with only Arya and Jon surviving the series?

everyone is teleporting around.  Sansa flies to the Wall, Theon back home, Littlefinger to the wall, White Walker army outside Bran's door.  Everyone is getting to their destination in the next scene.

I wonder how fast Euron can build 1000 ships?
