Winning creates excitement. Cam might be fun to watch at first but after they start 0-4 the "newness" will wear off.

Pretty much.

You don't draft 'exciting". You draft "good". If the team thinks that's Newton, I'll trust that decision (won't agree, but will defer to their judgment).

But the bottom line is you drat the best player, not the exciting one.

This is happening, folks... all this talk of these elaborate trades despite the CBA and lack of any evidence to suggest anyone is even interested...

We're drafting Cam Newton. If you don't like it, I suggest you at least come to terms with the reality of it because it's happening.
