To Dallas ... for what?

What compensation do we get if he goes to Dallas? You know Jerry would love to land the big FA while opening his new stadium.

Will they give up a frst round pick in 2010 and have two consecutive years of no first rounders? What about a player and picks? Besides Romo (which won't happen), which Cowboy would you like to see in a Panthers uniform? Is Roy Williams or another player part of the formula?

I still hope he goes to the AFC (Jets) but if he does go to Dallas, what package do you want?

Haha oh yea I bet the Cowboys would love that trade.

"Hey Carolina mind if I rape you in this deal"-Jerry Jones.

not at all.

you get a second round draft pick and a former first entering only his third year. it adds depth to the defensive line, and gives you either room to move into the first, move up to the top of the second, or just get two players in the round.

im really starting to doubt they'll get a first for julius.

Spencer is slightly better than The Predator was, and not even as good as Brayton or Johnson.

I would rather have their first rounder next year than this, or their 2nd and 3rd this year, and a pick next year.(3rd or so).

We have some of our own projects at DE, don't see why we would want to try a hybrid LB/DE.

im trying to be realistic.

the cowboys are foolish sometimes and jones got desperate (the roy williams trade was ludicrous) but they're not going to mortgage their future on peppers.

a 2nd and two 3rds, especially without a first this year, is quite a bit, especially for a spot that isn't a need. you don't need peppers on that team when you already have demarcus ware, especially when you look at their ILB and Secondary.

    • I'm still not touching Hunter He again said the other day that he plans on playing both sides of the ball in the NFL.  If he is allowed to do that, he won't be as good on either side as his potential and he's going to have serious injury issues and have a short career.  If he's not allowed to do it, I think he's going to become a problem when the team isn't winning as he's going to feel him not being used on both sides of the ball is why. He's being coddled in that environment with Deion and I think it's doing a disservice to him to prepare him for life in the NFL where your coach isn't a 2nd father to you, to where you can just walk into his locker room and steal his shoes like Hunter does to Deion.
    • He’s a tad behind them. Around 15ish of 32 starters in the league. He’s well ahead of a lot of guys. Tua, Bryce, Cousins (present), Rodgers (current), Devito/Jones, Minshew, Russ (current), Watson, Smith, Carr, T Laws deep ball is weak as poo IMO, there’s plenty. And it’s not like everyone is ripping 60+ers. The key component is if you can rip and maintain velocity of the 30-40 yarders which he does super well. Legit every report out there from Brugler to PFF to PFN document him as good/above average arm strength.  Eye test tells me it’s pretty much that as well, slightly above average.
    • 6-10 carries for  35-45 yds and 3-5 catches for 15-25 would be great.
