THe Hooters golf tour is not too far off from this. Of course they are not out on the course distracting the golfers but they are around promoting their "product".

I have been to a couple events that had exactly what you were talking about. ONe was sponsored by a strip club. Different girls at every hole. I spent more on tips than I did on the entry fee.....not to mention I was completely hammered by the 4th hole and the back 9 was a blurr.
