I'm THIS close to absolutely kicking the crap out of my wife's employer.

Long story short, after 3 pay periods where the funds were delayed to the entire comp. Wife calls me and says their security keys, phones and internet doesn't work at their office.

The worst part is besides the fact she won't get paid, but if these jackasses skip town then she isn't eligible for unemployment since it's been less than 90 days.

The tragic part besides that totally undoing us financially, the owner's son I once worked with and knew him well and considered him a trusted friend.

I'm very very very very close to going Rock Hill on this guy and his dad and show up at their house and freakin man handle them both. :nono:

Now.... What would Jesus do?

make a whip out of some cords and drive out the greedy, unjust who took advantage of others.

after riding the bus home and walking a couple of miles to the casa im good. talked to my wife and she has a super attitude about the whole thing and a great outlook.

she says there might be a buyout of investors and keep things going but if not, all she can do is start looking again.

and arsen. me having and communicating my emotions(even the bad ones) is not being unspiritual. im being real. :spam:

Oh I understand. Lots of times I need to stop and think about things twice before I do em. If not, I'd probably be in jail already.

Yep your in a rock and a hardspot. Dont expect the NC to do anything about it and the NCESC is usless. Went through this in 2009. Company I worked for was sold to a loser who didnt pay us for 4 weeks. NCESC said they couldnt do anything about it and the only way to get our pay was through the courts. 2 years later and still havent seen a dime. But if the company does go out of business she should be able to draw unemployment. Just hope to a quick end and move on.

Also if she quits she has to wait on unemployment.

No, the more important question is, what would a huddler do?

Take Epi with you, he needs to vent some frustration...

This. Then come back and explain to us in detail everything that happened. We will provide you with alibi blah blah everything they told Epi..

    • this off-season, we were the happiest 5-12 fanbase in the league where other similar teams were drowning in their tears, we ended the season with hope and a seemingly upwards trajectory
    • Every advanced metric has Chuba in the top 10 range last year. I think you're selling him short here. He's not one of the very best backs in the league, but he's earned a spot in that next tier IMO. I definitely think Chuba has proven to be an above average starter. Go look at broken tackles and yards carried over expected. Hubbard would get a lot more buzz if the team were more relevant. Watching Chuba break through 2 tacklers to high step into a game winning TD in OT against the Cardinals was one of the coolest images we've had on offense (besides the Bryce to Tremble pass) in quite a few years. Chuba is almost certainly the best 4th round pick in franchise history. I dont think Chuba has that final gear that CMC or Deangelo Williams had in their prime, but outside of that Chuba is solid as can be.  Chuba still has good speed though. That TD run against the Bears where he blew past their entire secondary showed that. I think watching CMCs preparation showed Chuba as a rookie how much work it took, and to his credit, Chuba has always been one of the last guys off the practice field. Given all the almost comical dysfunction of the Panthers since Tepper bought the team, Chuba really is one of the few true organic successes this team has had. A 4th rounder who has turned into a borderline top 10 RB. I think Chuba deserves all his flowers. And pairing Chuba with Rico Dowdle will low-key give us one of the best 1-2 punches in the league. Both these guys had 1300+ combined yards last season. That doesnt happen without a lot of talent. And while they dont have the same 1st round pedigrees that J-Stew & D-lo had, Chuba & Rico could be the best duo since Double Trouble  Hopefully they perform well enough we give them a nickname
    • This seems to be the new Panthers and I like the vibes I'm getting from the entire organization right now.
