I've always been quite amused at that "you're just jealous" argument... if that's the case I would think that Peyton Manning, LeBron James, Albert Pujols, Dereck Jeter, Jimmy Johnson, etc, etc are assholes too... but I don't...

I see nothing wrong with him saying he was happy to be drafted so he didn't have to be an insurance salesman. Honestly that is only going to be noticed by someone looking for him to mess up in anyway...and if someone is an insurance salesman and takes that personal then they come off as a bigger p*ssy than a Tom Brady at a Carnival Dance a Thon in Rio. Maybe he really had a job lined up to be an insurace salesman?

What if he said he was happy to get drafted... "so he didn't have to sit behind a desk for a living"? Should 70% of America be offended?

Yea he does, but so do the other elite qb's. That's what great about being a star, you get more calls than you lose.

I disagree, Brady is far worse about this than other star QB's... I'm not saying others don't do it, I'm saying that Brady does it more and louder.
