Don't see why they would "get rid of him over cam reports" hell from what we have been hearing Hurney and Coach Rivera are high on him doubt that's it.

If it's anything the Panthers did it would be due to the presser. Hurney and Rivera have been doing far more than Gantt to pump Newton up here. Gantt just doesn't write any articles about anyone other than Cam Newton, but the real news about Newton is coming from the guys with the team.

Now maybe he soured some people by virtually ignoring anything they say about anyone but Cam Newton, but I doubt it.

Could ultimately also just be a cost cutting move and may be due to some kind of impression of his work ethic from his twitter account.

I think Gantt did a really good job although I didn't always like what I read. I don't like Fowler so I hope he doesn't pick up the beat. I do like reading Sorenson's stuff and I hope he keeps doing what he's doing.
