For those of you unfamilar with hiphop and freestyle. Think of it as a contest to talk about how cool you are and talk yourself up. A lot of the things you say may not be real but, you want to project the image that your living that kind of life. when in reality your just a normal person,he might say he's throwing bills because thats whats cool in urban culture.

to project that one has enuff money to throw it all away. As for chrome rims whats wrong with that? i'm pretty sure most of if not all urban players have atleast one car with 20 inch rims. Its just a sign to the world like, hey i made it. the circle there in leads me to think they all took turns. who ever posted this video just wanted to focus on cam.
