Time for a new topic! Where would you rank them as a safety duo in the league? Homer goggles off please. Was Martin worth the 2nd round pick? I personally think he has come along very well, and will become one of the better safeties in the league.

I agree on Martin, I think he'll be a great player. When we draft Patri... I mean, I think the two are good, but not great.

He had a lot of blown coverages but also made a lot of big plays. a boom or bust gambler.

I give them a 7.5 out of 10 with godfrey being a 6 and Martin a 9

They're an all right duo. Godfrey is kinda of "hit or miss" type of player though.

both were getting use to the positions, and they were both a bit rusty at times. While godfrey did blow some coverages, he showed a nose for the football and came away with quite a few picks for us.

i think with another year in their respective positions without anymore fox-esque position changes, they will do just fine.

Martin is going to develop into a monster. I saw him at training camp last year and he looked lost on a lot of plays but as the season progressed, he became well worth his 2nd round pick and hope he continues to grow.

Godfrey was garbage as a rookie and has been garbage for 3 straight years. Great athlete......bad S. A couple FF don't make up for how horrible he is consistantly.

Uh after rewatching last year and being one of godfrey's biggest critics he's not that bad.

From reactions it looked like most of his blown coverages were actually him covering someone else's ass, and the replays generally backed this up.
