Just a sound bite of an interview but don't like the sound of it. Ofcouse, it is a Miami based newspaper so I don't expect him to say he has no interest in the Dolphins. But, I don't like how he has talked about them lately.

Basically him being quoted saying- ‎"I hope I'm at the top of their list and that they come after me and make a conscious effort to come after me, because it shows that they want me."

Miami radio invited him on and asked if he wanted to play for the Dolphins. Dwills not a ass hole, he said the diplomatic thing. Of course he wants to be at the top of their list. Hes not under contract with anybody so of course he wants to be EVERYONES list. You don't go on the radio in Miami and say "hell no man I'm a Panther all day fugg the Dolphins" because what happens when in 4 months you're playing putting on a green and orange uniform? Do I think D Will wants to retire a Panther? Yes. But above that he wants to stay marketable.

This plus he was doing a fundraiser for St Jude's. (Love that about him). Not worried about him making nice with South Fl media.

    • Nailed it! Chiefs got #10 overall (and selected Mahomes) and sent the Bills #27, #91, and a 2018 first-rounder (ended up being #18) to pick the QB that has kept them out of the Super Bowl. 💀 Tbf to the Bills tho, they turned those picks into Tre'Davious White, Dion Dawkins, Tremaine Edmunds, and Siran Neal. Three out of four hits ain't bad at all, but that one for one for KC... ooh wee mayne.
    • Yep. Happens to a lot of talented kids. I just think a lot of people don't understand that just because this kid is super talented doesn't mean he's going to make it to the pros. Most of them won't. Some will get injured. Some will run into trouble off the court/field. Some won't put in the work. The catering greatly increases the odds of the latter two. Then most will simply just not be good enough to make it to the pros. Either way, it all adds up to a long shot and the kids need to have solid plan Bs. A few years back my HS had the #1 RB recruit on the nation. He originally committed to UGA but flipped to Bama and was getting decent playing time as a true freshman before obliterating his ankle. He was never the same again after that. Never made it to the pros. Not sure what happened to him but evidently he wasn't the brightest bulb and was basically just getting passed through school to stay academically eligible. I don't think he was a bad kid, never really heard anything like that. He just wasn't all that bright and all the eggs were in the football basket.
