I myself wouldn't mind seeing it, but I would rather us use that 17 million for more then one player. We could sign a couple of line players for that and just use a nice rotation.

Maybe do something like this. Sign Bertrand Berry and rocky Bernard. Use the first rounder on Defensive Line, say we get the 15th pick (somewhere around 13th - 18th) we could go with Peria Jerry. Second round we could go with Connor Barwin.

Just from FA and the first two rounds of the draft our main rotation would look like this.

DE - Johnson, Berry, Brayton, Barwin, Taylor

DT - Kemo, Bernard, Lewis, Jerry,

Even if it doesn't and we let him walk, we still have enough money to sign Haynesworth. we would still be cutting Lucas, Landon Johnson and Hackett. We would still have 17 million in cap if not more, we might Restructure Delhomme to give us even more money.
